Bridge the Gap, a five-mile charity walk around the University’s historic grounds, brings together some of the best of Cambridge for the whole community to enjoy.
Havign justy celebrated its 13th year, the annual event sees around 3,000 people take part in a scenic stroll in support of the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity and Press Relief, two local charities directly benefiting our community.
This family-friendly event is accessible to wheelchair users and invites people of all ages to participate independently or collectively in family, community or corporate groups. The 2014 route featured St John’s, Trinity, King’s, Darwin, St Catharine’s, Corpus Christi, Emmanuel, Christ’s, Sidney Sussex and Jesus Colleges. The Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology is this year’s check point.
This year's event raised a fantastic £37,000 that will be split equally between our two charities.
Join us next year on Sunday 13 September 2015 and help us reach our goal of raising £50,000. Keep an eye on the website for more updates and information!
