As part of the Cambridge Buddhist Centre Open Day, there will be tours of the Grade II listed Festival Theatre, taster sessions on meditation, mindfulness-based stress reduction, yoga, and pilates, as well as introductions to Buddhism, and the opportunity to take part in a writing group.

You are invited on the day to also visit the nearby Abbey House. This 17th-century, Grade II listed building can be found on the corner of Beche Road and Abbey Road. It is home to a Buddhist residential community.
