Come and see Hermione - a rare portrait mummy from first-century Egypt - a superb collection of Greek tanagras, delicate terracotta figures of gods, children and animals, enigmatic 'eye idols' created at Tell Brak, Syria, from the fourth millennium B.C. and urns and grave-goods from the Roman and early medieval cemetery found in the grounds of Girton itself.
All this and more in a little-known gem of a museum - enjoy a walk around the tranquil wooded grounds of the college before you go.
