The development of the Old Press / Mill Lane site by Pembroke College has created a dynamic new City quarter, and as well as providing additional accommodation for the College, provides publicly accessible gardens, exhibition and performance spaces .
An exhibition by three Cambridge-based artists will take place between September 16 and October 8, 2023, in the new exhibition space.
Artists Idit Nathan, Rebecca Ilett and Xinyi Bi have responded to the brief of ‘bringing Pembroke College’s site, spaces, history and communities into dialogue with the work contemporary artists’ creating new insights into the work of the College and its collection.
The exhibition launches on 16 September 2023 at 13:45 and will be introduced by Professor Polly Blakesley. The exhibition will continue until Sunday, 8 October.
